There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb before check in, or you can select the pet when booking the home.

✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.

✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story duplex on Henry St which is a main downtown street. This is a 123-year-old house, built in 1900, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests staying in the unit below at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.

✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is approximately four blocks from the home, on Drayton Street.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

This free shuttle service runs every 10 minutes, with free Wi-Fi, and "hop on/hop off" service at any of 33 stops around the Historic District placing you within easy walking distance of more than 45 cultural attractions, local museums, and many popular shops, restaurants, and pubs. The nearest trolley stop is on Drayton Street.

✹ The Forsyth loop runs from East Victory Drive, north on Drayton Street, to Johnson Square on Bryan Street, and then south on Whitaker Street to West Victory Drive.

✹ The Downtown loop runs from East Liberty Street, north on Price Street - to Eastern Wharf – then north on Lincoln Street, to Congress Street, and south on MLK Jr. Blvd to West Liberty Street.

✔ UBER – There are plenty ride/share options too! It's quick and easy to catch an Uber or Lyft throughout the city. You can even schedule a pick-up time at the airport with Uber Reserve!

✔ PARKING - If you prefer to see the sites in the comfort of your own car there are 10 public parking garages throughout the Historic District, and of course, this neighborhood offers convenient and free on street parking should you rather explore the city on foot.

✹ DIVERSITY - This home is in a diverse, residential neighborhood and is ideal for guests seeking to enjoy an authentic Savannah experience.

✹ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please be respectful of other guests, who may be staying downstairs, and ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb before check in, or you can select the pet when booking the home.

✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.

✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story duplex on Henry St which is a main downtown street. This is a 123-year-old house, built in 1900, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests staying in the unit below at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.

✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is approximately four blocks from the home, on Drayton Street.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.

✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. A $50 shipping fee will be charged to ship items back to you.

✹ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.

I can't thank Angelina enough for being so kind, so responsive, and so helpful!! My team was in town for work- I was doing a last-minute booking for our week-long stay and reached out to her before booking. It was a little late at night, but she responded very fast! She made checking in and out a breeze! The house was in the perfect location- very easy to get around! The home is a very good size, really cozy, tidy, and we love the full-size beds! I would consider this area pretty safe. Although the parking is on the street, it was still very easy to snag a spot. It was a great homey feeling despite having to be away for work. Would love to book again if the opportunity arises. Thank you again, Angelina!!
